The Matrix 23 Super is an Automatic Through feed Moulder with full profiling capacity of 40 mm on both vertical spindles. Both vertical spindles are equipped with the exclusive Casadei "Quick Set" system for fast and precise machine adjustments: it is simply necessary to set the radius of the cutterheads on special numeric readout to align the tools with the rest of the machine. The 40 mm profiling capacity and the "Quick Set" are also available, on request, for the top horizontal spindle. The machine is available in different versions with 4 or 5 fixed spindle, with or without universal spindle. Version A is equipped with 2 axes electronic control.
