The award-winning Linear Flow Material Handling System is available on the Optima RT series of Busellato CNC Routers. The optional hands-free panel staging device shown here, prepares the next panel to be loaded while the machine is processing the preceding panel. With this device the operator only needs to unload finished parts and is free to operate other equipment. A perfect complement for any lean-manufacturing environment.

Busellato’s Jet Optima RT 21 CNC Router is the perfect solution for small to medium cabinet shops looking to move into nested based machining. Busellato has designed this router to be a premium workhorse at an attractive price. Available with the award-winning Linear Flow material handling system that only requires the operator to move parts from the unloading zone, allowing him to operate nearby machines. Perfect for a lean manufacturing environment. Standard with left and right machining zone for pendulum processing of cut-to-size panels. Available in 4' width and 10' or 12' lengths.
